RE:Pursuing a $1.6M equity financingLook at the 10 year chart on this dog.  The CEO just keeps milking the same cycle for all it is worth - equity financing, price drop because he loses money, share consolidation, etc.  I was unfortunate enough to own this about 5 years ago, but can't believe they are still continuing to rip off investors.
