RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The company needs to do a 1for3 reverse split some   like  JOY   see   gold  in those  old  properties  with high  abandonment liabilities  .  They   see there   is   still  a lot   of  oil in  the ground ( no  exploration costs  required)  .  They   plan   to  extract  more  oil   using  water  flood   and   they  weigh the  reward    against  the cost  to  buy  and  address the liabilities.  Where  able  they   will  use   existing   bore  holes.
