I am not a shareholder in MCB anymore but I did very well with them in the past. Jim is a very high quality guy and has great vision for MCB. The deal they closed to do the sale and leaseback of the property for a gain that I believe was pretty close to the entire value they paid for business and building was pretty impressive. 

I think that HWO can come back around if PNG is a go. If PNG doesn't look like its going to happen in any material way, then the downside here is priced in fairly well.

At the end of the day, these are two very different companies. Perhaps HWO will become a MCB customer in the coming months and I would be very happy for that to be the case.
