china, critical minerals

china, critical mineralshttps://www.csis.org/analysis/chinas-new-graphite-restrictions

China is willing to use supply cuts as a political tool, as seen before.  Or, as in the case of W, crash the price by tipping supply over demand.

In the latter case, they thwart investments such as required for Sisson.
To ensure a supply of critical minerals in the West, government support in the form of price guarantees, tax breaks and other subsidies is required, I think.
