As far as my memory goes EN still keeps his holdings in TVE @ 9.9% of the total O/S (SHARES) of Tamarack Valley Energy. It is entirely possible to see wild fluctuations in (1) & (2) above, without a SINGLE share being bought or sold by 9Pt.
Claims about Eric is Buying or Eric is Selling are not persuasive without evidence.

In one of his recent on-screen appearances EN asserted that he is ready to buy the remaining batch of TVE shares off ARC; i.e. he is willing to breach the 10% threshold for insiders. I have yet to see any
sign that this has been executed.
