Melcor Developments Ltd. is a diversified real estate development and asset management company The Company develops and manages mixed-use residential communities, business and industrial parks, office buildings, retail commercial centers, and golf courses. I would be all for an SIB. In some cases where liquidity is an issue I think they can obtain a formal valuation prior to undertaking an SIB.

Scooping up any shares under $15 is such a no brainer.

I am not sure if the 2% share repurchase tax is going to kick in on Jan 1, 2024. It may be a small price to pay.
