RE:Perfect storm for it

RE:Perfect storm for itCurse, I see no need to sell or panic at this time.

Most Jr. mining companies are trading at ridiculous lows. Companies like Marathon and others who have spent millions to prove they have a viable resource are trading at well below replacement costs in today's market. MOZ and Calibre are both trading below value. Like some suggest, to get financing today the terms would be hard on shareholders through dilution or capital financing terms that may be unfavourable.

Even at today's gold prices and the likelihood of Au values rising further the share prices do not reflect the valuations of Junior miners with proven reserves. I believe larger companies producing and making profits will be looking at Mergers and Acquisitions in the  coming months. Why explore when you can buy proven resources for pennies on the dollar that we see today. I would put MOZ and Caliber in that boat and would not be surprised to see them bought out regardless of whether they merge or not. In my opinion M&A by larger corporations will boost these undervalued overlooked and shunned Jr Miners to new highs in the coming months. Pain now but there may be a massivce upswing when the big boys go to bat.
