WRLG has a significant position in the gold-rich Northwestern Ontario Red Lake Gold District. Operating in an area renowned for its rich gold deposits, the company holds the extensive Madsen Gold Mine spanning 47 square kilometers and the Rowan Property covering 31 square kilometers.
A recent Mineral Resource Estimate for the Madsen Gold Mine indicates 1.65 million ounces of gold in the indicated category and 0.37 million ounces in the inferred category. The Rowan Mine's Inferred Mineral Resource estimates 827,462 ounces, with a recent drilling campaign showing promising results, potentially increasing this value.
WRLG's noteworthy gold intercepts at Rowan which reached depths up to 490 meters from the surface suggest the potential for additional discoveries and expansion of high-grade gold resources.
The Rowan Mine Target area, with open gold-bearing veins along strike and at depth, is affirmed by the recent drilling program, indicating gold mineralization with grades consistent with or higher than the existing Inferred Mineral Resource.
Consequently, WRLG intends to continue drilling to expand the high-grade mineral resource.
