Investors should not need to guess at this stuff.. if there are any points that explain why they are not going to meet the 13k production  (delaying completions for better pricing which makes sense as kind of odd otherwise to have 9 wells coming online at end of Q3 at roughly the same time, new completion methods slightly delaying production) this should be stated explicitly, followed by Q4 projections (which should be good if 14k is an actuality). It's not a hard thing to do. 

Not stating things explicitly and leaving people to fill in blanks leaves potential buyers staying away and existing shareholders heading to the door.
