The Waihapa Ngaere wells produce oil and gas from the fractured Oligocene Tikorangi Limestone at a depth of approximately 2700 meters.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Unusual AsksIt seems obvious that the New Zealand Energy Corp. Directors are taking steps for their own personal agendas and clearly not working in the best interest of the shareholders.

After a 100 for 1 consolitation to the capital structure one would think in fairness to the existiing shareholders, Directors Mark Dunphy and James Willis would opt to initiate a shareholder rights offering.
