RE:Q4 - Expect AFFO to exceed Q3

RE:Q4 - Expect AFFO to exceed Q3HP, Eric has been out of NVA for a few months now. He sold out due to NG exposure. He still believes the company is excellent, but just not his current heavy oil thesis.

My guess is they will have an extra 130 million plus dollars and will be actively buying back shares.

With a significant increase in production from cashflow, and share buyback 75% of free cash available.

NVA is so undervalued , and there are major owners here that are not going to be selling their stock.

Expect Eric to sell and it will be good when he is gone.

I think with the cash flow generation and low debt NVA will be bought.

They however are a good candidate to buy Wembley/Pipestone Charlie lake from Kelt. Its all in their realm of expertise and give them a path way to 200,000 boe/day.

It is just a big fish to swallow in my opinion.

IMHO
