Led by a healthcare focused institutional investorWe may have misread the transcript from the Oncolytics Biotech Inc. (ONCY) Q2 2023 Earnings Call . I don't think they "lied" about Anson. "led by a healthcare focused institutional investor" - Leede Jones Gable were the underwriters of the deal, so technically they led the financing deal.
