This should be illegal Looking ar their 
40 million share purchase at .60 is making me puke.

If we cancel this deal, we have to give them 17.5 million, so they would effectively get 14.5% of the company for net cost .34 per share instead of .60 per share as advertised.
If we proceed and give them the company & the $71 million in our bank for .72 cents based on current Cxb share price.

How is this BOD looking out for shareholders. Thievery just frigging thievery
