Cogeco vs BCE

Cogeco vs BCEAny real comparison? Cogeco has been on a downward trend since July 1, 2023. BCE is not fairing much better but has started an upward climb as of Oct 1. Interested in Cogeco but not interested in catching a falling knive. Any thoughts on when the bottom might happen? Getting close to breaking under $50.
