RE:RE:Dream Impact Development ResearchCooper mentinoed in his conference call that rates have dropped and they are now looking to start some development planning. Coupled with no GST on purpose built rentals, and LOW 10 Year Fixed CMHC loans, MPCT's cost to development is extremely competitive.
