There is no holding period under a prospectus.  They have to buy the fiancing to be able to cover their shorts imo.  (they've been shorting up to 77% of TRLEF volume and I suspect TCF was even worse to make pp at the price they wanted, see https://www.otcshortreport.com/company/TRLEF

I'm betting this pp will close oversuscribed to close the shorts and to steal the company & then they'll pump it again making bank again.

MC of 20m with revenue of 40m cannot last long, either revenue goes down or MC up...  and they have money for ESPs and increase revenue now...
