In my experience, it's only a fair deal when both sets of shareholders think it's a rotten deal.  Not a peep from CXB shareholders.  so there you go.  as far as these analysts...they just toe the line.  Under no logic can you do a PP for 60 cents while saying 84 is a fair value especially in light that the 60 cents is not dependant on the deal. 

I cannot believe the utter lack of loyalty to long time shareholders by the self-serving, never pulling money out of his own pocket to buy shares "CEO".  and i use the term "CEO" very lightly.  the financing last september was very telling. they should have hunkered down and waited for better times or a buyout from someone who would then finance the build.

It's a bad joke.  I am astounded the CXB has not risen but perhaps that is being managed and i am normally one not to buy into that type of thinking.  Even if it was artificially inflated over the last month, it still should be trading higher after the deal that was made.
