And if you add back the 4 million in rent relief, or 13.4 cents per unit. Then q3 ffo was ffo was 49 perent and AFFO was 62 percent. Don't fool yourself out of your money!

Not to mention upcoming savings on the internalizaiton of management, another .10 cents annually.
