Look @ it differently....the non mentionscould because E3 has not yet released the initial TPA & these players already have a high level assurance of their supply amounts. They know they'll need more on-top of E3 supply. As a stand alone, E3 will not get locked into supplying 1 or 2 companies. Committing your output now locks in any potential big j/v or buy-out to that Agreement.
Not having control was why ALB ditched Lordstown deal.
Few smaller deals 1st like Chris mentioned, would validate this alot & solidly push into FOMO.
Especially if now US data keeps trending right & US/China can sell the peace facade
