RE:RE:RE:Would you buy PTK?Lots of other TSXV companies in a better position than poet were having issues raising monies and closing financing partially subscribed. I still haven't read any good explanations from poet management (or speculation from shareholders) how this latest financing is guaranteed while the ATM failed miserably. Initially, I though that Maxim group cough up the $$$ in advance, then would find suckers err I mean customers / clients later to kick in funds. But since there's no announcements closing the financing, it seems to me maxim group wants clients to commit and provide funds upfront as part of the financing since they find poet a huge risk. IMO anyone new to the poet story can see management is more interested keeping the gravy train going and not investor returns.

"Anyway, I would find it hard to believe that Poet has its future hanging on a precupice. They probably have a plan A, B, and maybe even a C all along and whatever it will be comes forth at the appropriate time for all of us to know."
