Older reports pre Wellgeen Platinum didn't so how could WGP show it

In fact, Wellgreen boundary intrudes into - Quill.
Yes....Wellgreen consumes part of present day Quill.

Most likely another using 2012 image and positioned their NEW overlay Quill boundary.
