RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sage RanchDoesn't it seem odd to you that Jay Schlosser sets out extensive parameters for what the Commissioners were to be deliberating on the PDP including the following - “As everyone knows, there is a legal challenge to the CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) document. The court has not made a decision on that. It is not this body's position or obligation — and frankly, you're not even allowed to contemplate whether that CEQA document or that court case has any bearing on today's decision. You are evaluating the architecture and the layout of the houses and the layout of the streets against the final master development plan.”
And yet according to Windyguy (who was there in person), "...Jeff gave a water update about having confidential documents from the District telling the City by email that there was enough water for Sage and more with a 2% growth rate per the District's own engineer."
How was the water issue discussed at a meeting where the City's lead specifically stated you are not even allowed to contemplate anything related to the District's lawsuit?
Were the Commissioners out of the room at the time or did they just put their hands over their ears like little children.
