The ROI BOD couldn't grow and sustain the Mobikey mobile security market during a pandemic which says pretty much everything about this enterprise. 
This plate reading scheme looks a lot like it's on the same train wreck track as Mobikey was.
Does ROI have a plate reader app. Somebody's selling one...
