TD, Bentley?

I forgot TD acted as some sort of broker or clearing house just before Empower Clinics folded. TD loaded up shares at 0.05-0.07, next thing we knew, stock halted, delist forthcoming. So the more TD buys, the more worried we should likely be. Bentley, we should look up how many shares TD bought of Empower the months leading to it's halt.
