The Waihapa Ngaere wells produce oil and gas from the fractured Oligocene Tikorangi Limestone at a depth of approximately 2700 meters.

The Three Independent Directors

Hard to believe that an independent director of this company would take on the liability of actually signing a resolution to issue 300% of the outstanding shares on the back of a $700,000 valuation.
