Questionable Booking System

Questionable Booking SystemI don't own shares but thinking about it.  However, recently booked a cruise, tried their new bidding system for a room upgrade.  I bid $678 and haven't heard anything, someone else told me they bid $190 for the same room and got it!  I bid over 3x the winning bid.  So, how much profit is getting flushed out to sea on this half-assed bidding program?  Just an observation from a customer I thought some shareholders might find interesting.
