Truss up for sale?
Not really!
The company currently intends to divest Truss's assets and has recorded the value of the associated capital assets and lease obligations as "an asset up for sale"
Facility - Belleville, Ontario
Owner - Olegna
Hexo - Sold their 25% share to Olegna (10m)
Hexo - Lease for 10 years (2033) with Olegna with options after that
Truss - Sub leased from Hexo.
Tilray most likely responsible for that lease hence... lease obligations as "an asset up for sale"
Until there is a press release on the future of the property, it's all up in the air (speculation) on what will happen there or if it's is "sold" lease obligations as "an asset up for sale"

So, if we are going to speculate, twist and spin, like Keeler likes to do.
I will go with Dave's logic.
Belleville is a Tilray asset, who knows what will happen there.
Tilray purchased 8 beer brands from InBev. Truss is in the facility already.
Tilray Brands Sweetwater has Alcohol import licence and imports into Ontario.
Shocktop is distributed throughout Canada already. Don’t think that will stop.
Canopy BioSteel with a successful bid! Did they?
Haha
See what happens Nov. 21 (Tuesday) at the AGM.

Note: I CURRENTLY have my Ford F150 for sale. However, I may change my mind tomorrow.
Key word CURRENTLY!
The company currently intends to divest Truss's assets and has recorded the value of the associated capital assets and lease obligations as "an asset up for sale"

Note:
And the big difference is-
Key word - Intends (Not "Currently Intends")
The Company intends to Sell Hexo's Kirkland Lake property and has the associated capital assets as an "asset held for sale"
