Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Just have to remember sage ranch and Puerto Rico are the driving force behind this company now

over the last 3-4 years not many shares have traded! Tightly held! The price is where it is maybe

so many are in at higher prices say 1.50 to 2.00 range ! That's when new money comes in and if you

are tired of waiting then don't forget to get out! I don't think you will see the head bottlewasher get

OUT! I believe smart money stays and goes for the take out down the road! Bottlewasher and

Gang have great plans for the next spin off in projects !
