Nice find, thanks for posting  it. I would not be surprised if this starts a trend among insiders. They understand well that $26.6M was spent on the recapitalization and that benefits will accrue to holders. With the reduced distribution, cash flow going forward can be used to reduce finance costs and improve the balance sheet. The AFFO /u should rise with the improvement in NOI, thereby reducing the payout ratio to the 65% target.
