But the biggest insider buying was when the recapilizaiton happned. But nice to see a trustee buying.

The purchase price was satisfied through a combination of the issuance of Units at a value of $26.36 per unit on a
post-consolidation basis ($15.06 per unit on a pre-consolidation basis) (the “Transaction Unit Price”), in addition to the
assumption of in-place mortgage debt and cash consideration primarily resulting from mortgage financing and credit
facility borrowings. The Units issued for the acquisition consisted of Trust Units as well as Exchangeable Units and
Redeemable Units of certain Northview subsidiarie
