The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Are people seeing what Im seeing?

July 31 S &P notched a 2023 high of 4582, now 4541. Basically at those highs. REITS are 13% lower. If the equity markets correct again reits will be penny stocks.I expect a fair level of trading here
