Hey Rudi - negotiate!

The writing has been on the wall for long enough the Province quite sensibly wants a pathway to economic development of both KSM and TC.

Jointly develop access or consolidate ownership. This isn't brain surgery even if it involves some fiddly engineering or large number financial dealings. One huge phased mega project, or two projects proceeding with joint access to tunnels with capacity to serve both proceeding independently.

Get with the plan, man!
