According to the CEO of Tilray, don't hold your breath on the drug reschedule as it is not the same as being fully legal. Furthermore it will not open flood gates to over the border activites just yet. A few months back when the reschedule was announced the week market reacted positively, only to fall back down hard. I guess reality did sink in when the news was fully digested.
