meaning that it will be a bought deal with a firm committment.most likely, generously discounted to market, plus these usually take more time... my best guess is that price will be set well under 1.50.after discounting applied.Poet is nailed to the wall so they have no other choice, in order to avoid the glue factory,,.JMO
