Shhhhhhneps

ShhhhhhnepsThe water litigation will not stop the project NOR will it slow down the project.

The DRE stated water is an issue if it clouds the title . The is no Cloud on the title and to Cloud title you need a judicial lien on the project.

Litigation does not get you a lien or a judicially ordered lien. There is no money owing to the Water District for a regular lien.

The Litigation is against the City and NOT against the property. Only a judge could order a rewrite of the WSA if the judge believes

the city report (which was based of the Districts facts) were not entered. A Judge will NOT delay nor shut down the project.

Shneps ... You are Wrong and are disparaging the company, its shareholders and the CEO
