Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

No uptrend?

No uptrend?Unbelievable that REITS cant start an uptrend on this:
  • No new rate hikes in Q4 and bets are they have peaked
  • Market expecting cuts sometime in 2024
  • 10 year bonds down 50pts+
  • Inflation in  US and Canada trending down to 3%
  • Oil at $75ish
What if the above didnt happen? We would be worthless!
