YUKON - New minerals legislationQuestion...
Why aren't shareholders of a listed junior who holds mining claims
in Yukon not being informed of the proposed legeslative changes ?
Main Wellgreen claims are, Quartz claims.
But... how many new names been added to main Wellgreen ?
Formula, Far West, Central, FE 1, FE 2, Quill.'
Even the dark green colorations on google maps literally
flank either side of main Wellgreen, southerly and easterly.
Even the UG mine... Are these parklands or, watershed eviro ?
Main Wellgreen was once an underground mine.
If a mine and... still a mine.... such should stick.
Why is the junior veering away from UG mining whereas,
mine would allow access to deep mineralization.
Is there a reason why the underground mining is avoided
and large open pit models are used only using shallow pits ?
Why did the 2023 pfs say,
no underground minerals were used in, reserves ?
Minerals are underground.
Not unless they grew wings.
lol
Why would a junior press a 2023 pfs with $147 million NVP,
if former years pegged, $ 2.3 billion and prior $ 1.2 billion.
And not follow through with the Rhodium promise in video
mere months earlier in, year ?
How would Wellgreen
be affected if, Quartz claims act is, changed ?
Has the changing of Wellgreen's zone names affected
the Wellgreen's Quartz right's ?
Why were our drill cores categorized, upper / lower ?
Why 86% resource axed ?
One of the excuses used for 86% loss of resources was, extraction
could not handle, solid solution, sulphides in solid solution, microcrystalines.
Why proceed with an extraction if, extraction can't handle these ores ?
Yet, practical entitlement was also used in same press.
My own impression ?
Yukon Gov't and Indigenous would be the major gainers if,
these proposed changes are passed.
I'm not seeing any regard for, shareholders.
What about our rights ?
Odd, the junior didn't send out a memo to shareholders or, press
looking for shareholder support to avert new legaslative changes.
New minerals legislation seeks to do many things.
Over the course of the last year and half, the government-to-government
steering committee has begun to set out a long-term vision for a new regime.
New legislation will provide a framework for mineral prospecting,
exploration, development, production, reclamation and closure, while
recognizing key differences between the quartz and placer sectors.
New legislation should improve the management of the Yukon’s
mineral resources in a way that respects Indigenous rights,
strengthens the Yukon’s economy, supports a competitive and
responsible mining industry, protects the environment, allows for the
integration of other land uses and values, and supports the modern-
day needs of Yukoners.
Below we detail draft principles that are intended to support this
future vision.
