the water is being discharges @ Washuka..  a new inlands water marsh is being formed..  thats part of the settlements w the local tribes..

\\they will introduce beavers (protected) and dammn the entire valley,,  probably looking in excess of 20K acres at 7 to 10 feet// that what the beavers like to dive for.. fish etc...

the tribes want the native cuthroat trouts re-introduced for their fishieries..

that valley is beginning to flood..  part of the carso trukee watershed,,  the newlands project destroyed the steelheads @ fallon in the 1950;s,

if sucessful they will again runn to jarbridge and the carson river / fish - biggies like chinook.

the intiial project kicked off on the rio tinto cleanup above mountain city nevada..  the tribes beaver dammed over 30K acres - californai bak into jarbridge..  the beaver dams are what maintained inland steelheads..

the re-dammed tribs will feed bak into the humbolt and a few smaller feeds going into america falls..

the tribes hav been instrumental for the last 20 years..  Barrik Gold provided legal and simply made deals - including to to impede or poision rivers..

all is good...

Nevada Gold is welcomed here in nivida - not perfect  bu they hav made it happen.  lets see if the NG (confederation of nevada tribes - not that harry scummer) can re-runn little jarbridge river bak to Lewiston - elk river and the river of no return..  badd azzed scoutry to fish even today
