q3 and OSC

Regardless of name change DM is under OSC watch for next three years. I do not believe name change means anything relating to enforcement action of OSC.

Pursuant to Nov 10 2023 posted by DM company was required by OSC to refile MD & MA for annual Dec31 202 and first Quarter March 2023.

For Q3 DM must comply with the 6 points of OSC or risk enforcement action.

Q3 will inform us of correct status of DM.

CEO hands are tied with OSC order. IMO
