Of course they couldn't comment on ongoing matters, if there is any, but the tone of the release does warrant caution here. For a company with 2 months of cash left, you would've thought the tone would be more positive and certain than it is. The insolvency is a real concern now.

The offering was announced on NOV ist and NOT on Nov 2nd.as stated in todays NR.
