On the Tudor application:  Tudor lost, they did not get the relief they asked for ie rescing licensec/permit.   They spent alot of $$$$ doing this, trust me.   THere long winded NR was an exercise in spin and self delusion.  Much of what they say is correct  - BU IT WAS CORRECT BEFORE THEY JUMPED INTO THIS 4 MONTYH COSTLY LEGAL QUAGMIRE.

SEA NR is also partially correct - the application TUD brought was NOT granted. Its a fact.  Is SEA glossing over potential risks of  having to reroute, or pay up, for MTT through GS?  Of course, the risk is there.  And time is there biggest risk eg TUD hitting something high grade.

TUDs ramble about what was said on the freakin phone is not new, and changes nothing.
