RE:RE:How much $ to build and maintain a 12 km. tunnel .I think the point was why would you build that when there's an equally good (if not better) deposit on the same side of the mountian as your tailing's facility will be?

Also, to get the concentrate to the port you'd also have to get it over the mountain regardless of where your tailing's facility is..

The point I think he was trying to make was why would a major take a run at KSM when TC stands between them and everything they need to make a producing mine? The only thing they have going for them is the fact that they are further ahead in their exploration.....we'll get there, and when we do we will be a MUCH nicer target.
