The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Possible no special distribution. It all depends on the cost base of the assets sold. Lots of office sold, possibly below "book" value but at NAV.
