After nearly three months and multiple Freedom of Information Act requests, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services still has not publicly confirmed that it recommended cannabis be reclassified as a Schedule III controlled substance. The moral of the story, it really doesn't matter for Tilray Brands.
Don't read to much into that though, it will rocket on any press release of forward progress in the legalization of Cannabis in the USA.
Tilray Brands is entering into a $110 bil ($28 bil Craft) beverage industry in 2024 with 13 breweries. Federally legal in all states, with Tilray Brands sales in close to all 50 states.
