Nickel Creek Platinum Corp NCPCF

Primary Symbol: T.NCP

Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. The Nickel Shaw Project has access to infrastructure, located three hours west of Whitehorse via the paved Alaska Highway, which further offers year-round access to deep-sea shipping ports in southern Alaska. The Company also maintains environmental baseline activities, considers optimization alternatives and seeks other opportunities.

SMART RESPECTFUL NEGOTIATIONS

SMART RESPECTFUL NEGOTIATIONSCrown
Federal
Provincial
Klaune
Stakeholders ( Capital Co's ) etc...
Common Share Holder

#1 - all parties need to be respected.

#2 - larger entities, larger % interests, land owners
have better odds of, gaining with partnerships

#3 - project drags ( Gov't + First Nation Partnerships )
capital co's, larger interests gain more % control on the cheap
        common shareholder experiences valuation depreciation

If a decent pit shell + assaying + extraction is not formulated
The project will not represent it's fullest potential. As time moves forward,
common shareholders are affected by a depressed stock which favors
larger players who can gain more percentage control.

Using 2023 PFS images i've devised a better pit shell to
maximize the Wellgreen's potential using prime zones + depth.
= smaller footprint
= front + backside ( mine + highgrade zones )

Exclusions ( bargaining options )
Crown, Fed, Prov, Stakeholders with Klaune
= west 500+m intercepts, far west, north, quill zone.
West zone geology ( 500+m intercept )

My own opinion how the pit shell should look
500m depth using mine road grade elevation
( Mountains / Knolls above grade ) = additional  tonnage

Best resolution ?
Reducing number of stakeholders interests.
= Common Shareholders

Far easier to arbitrate with fewer interests.

Own impression ?
Reading up on Klaune, Whithorse, Dawson First Nations.
One article said they were not pleased with not recieving
more royalty or funds from, Placier mining operations.
That's not hard to ressolve.

Werland protection.
Again, not hard to ressolve.

Obviously it takes considerable funds to launch a mining project.
Capital companies are needed.
But at same time considerations for, Crown Royalties, First Nations

As times moves forward...
Poor pfs reports, more share dilution
= creates a disadvantage for common shareholders

If Gov't has partnerships with First Nations
= not quite the best circumstances for common shareholders

Could mining Wellgreen using Donjek River as power source
= River Turbines
Allow for future power to Burwash Landing ?
Hello.

From what i've been able to gather online,
There are only 68 residents in, Burwash Landing.

Fed / Provincial funding - $22.5 million for new Burwash school ?
Crunching the numbers...
If 68 resudents @ Burwash
How many are elderly, parents ?
= not many children.

Klaune / Burwash using ( Dawn / WhiteHorse ) residents as additional
persons who occassional use Klaune Park areas to ramp up person count.

Parks Canada collaborates with Klaune Parks.
I'd say... Wellgreen would fall under wildlife zone ( KWS )

Activities 2012 to 2017

In August 2012, Kluane First Nation signed an innovative benefit agreement with Prophecy Platinum, then-owner of the Wellgreen Platinum project. Under the agreement, the First Nation receives shares in addition to incentives related to training and employment.

Successes

The First Nation is exploring energy initiatives to reduce its dependence on diesel generation. These include expanding its current solar panels with an additional 42 kilowatts of power. This expansion was supported by the federal Build Canada Fund. Kluane First Nation is also working with the Cold Climate Innovation Centre in Whitehorse to assess the potential of wind energy in Burwash Landing and Destruction Bay, two communities in its Traditional Territory.

Challenges

Kluane First Nation's Traditional Territory overlaps 100 percent with that of the White River First Nation, which has not negotiated a Final Agreement or Self-Government Agreement. This overlap causes ongoing difficulties with Kluane First Nation's implementation efforts.

In September 2015, Kluane First Nation notified the Governments of Canada and Yukon that they wished to initiate negotiations on an Administration of Justice Agreement. The agreement has not yet been negotiated; this causes a lack of clarity about enforcement of Kluane First Nation laws in their Traditional Territory.

Comparing Nickel Juniors.
Wellgreen is one of the better projects in, Canada.
Wellgreen has more mineral variety to draw from which
assist the economics.

Other juniors are not as fortunate to have the additional minerals.
Model it for nickel = creates a disadvantage ( spot prices )

Model it with the variety of minerals...
Bulk Con...bypasses spot metal price games.

One more name change ?
Wellgreen ( Mega - Mineral ) Project
Tease

Cheers...
