I'm trying to help them where I can. Alvira has never responded to my questions / sales strategy recommendations and example pitch deck to describe makers.  IR has never rescheduled the call I had with her after multiple tries. I will continue to try  

That said the board member I've spoken to and emailed has connected me to their new brand hire (may be working off stock) and he is sharp, has a journalism background and has worked with early stage tech companies and is aware of their gaps and has a plan to help them.  Speaking to him for 30 minutes I get the sense (my two cents) if his recommendations and efforts are supported/agreed to it can make a significant difference. He isn't involved in sales so that gap to me is still worrying which coming from a sales background I'm concerned with. But some content could be created to help those sellers. The big gap I see is them not showing the cost lost (insurance reimbursement, mri backlog reduction, patient satisfaction, reduced time by staff) that the vms can provide. They need to quantify it with financial high level data to show in sales convos to  the hospital administration/decision makers. This content ineeds to be in clear language and try at humans aversion to loss  

We need Ascend-VMS  to launch and better marketing materials as well as a clear sales strategy with the decision makers/procurement. 4.0 will help greatly as well as showcasing vms as an AI platform.  Something that the brand person sees which I believe will get more spotlight and traction.
