RE:RE:RE:How much $ to build and maintain a 12 km. tunnel .Why KSM now and not TC? Because KSM has a Certiciate (EAC) to mine and TC is at least 10 years away from having one. Even if TC ends up with better grade than KSM and proves to be economic it will take forever to get approval under the new EAC process imposed by the Liberal government which only starts after the completion of a PFS..
