If things are expected to go up in the short term...why sell?

I agree, everyone has personal business to take care of...but it absolutely does send a negative message.

If you make stock investment decisions on someone selling 20k shares out of a 185 million share float, you are destined for doom.

Maybe he had to go to the dentist, fix his car, fix his house. All irrelevant, your looking for crumbs with the bakery right in front of you,
