RE:RE:October 2022 Excellon suspended operationsIf you think the 22 mil dollars compensation that the court determined San Pedro is liable to pay to plaintiff is a fair figure, worst case is give up Evolucion, and that's it. If criminal charges are filed against the co's executives for whatever reasons related to the San Pedro case, this is where international court justice could step in and it may end up that the plaintiff will eventually has no avenue to ask for anything substantial in return. Already San Pedro was declared bankrupt by Mexico court.
