No one has and no one will as long as Tudor is in front of you with this "disputed MTT" We all just learned the true context of "Seabridge's permit" to tunnel: it's nonexistent. The majors obviously have known this. Common sense dictates that they're watching what happens with Tudor first. If Rudi could cooperate with Tudor, perhaps something could come of it. Until then, you guys are still land locked.
...you do have a few good looking new roads: perhaps that's enough for Rudi.

I hope he enjoys those fancy fishing ponds.
